Spectators should keep in mind that the players’ first responsibility during U.S. Open week is to compete for the National Championship. For this reason, a "no autograph" policy is in effect throughout Championship week. Spectators should not approach a player for an autograph from the time immediately preceding the player’s starting time up to and including the player’s completion of his round, including the time when the player is at the Practice Areas or en route to his first tee. This policy applies to Practice Rounds as well as Championship Rounds.

The USGA is pleased to provide the following services to our spectators with disabilities:• Accessible parking spaces will be available at all Championship parking areas.
• Wheelchair accessible vehicles will be available to transport spectators with disabilities to and from the course.
• Our Disabled Services Committee will be on site to transport spectators to and from admission gates and designated viewing areas around the course.
• Motorized scooters will be available for spectators with disabilities, on a first-come, first-served basis, compliments of the USGA and Pride Mobility.
• TTY’s/TDD’s will be located in the Disabled Services Tent at the Main Admission and the USGA/Media Admission Gates.

The Main Merchandise Pavilion covering more than 39,000 square feet will be located adjacent to the first hole. A variety of merchandise bearing the U.S. Open logo will be offered. Some of the merchandise available for purchase includes caps, shirts, T-shirts, sweaters, jackets, lanyards, artwork, lapel pins, golf balls, ball mark repair tools, ball markers, towels and much, much more.Acceptable forms of payment are: U.S. dollars, travelers checks, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa and debit cards. Personal checks are not accepted. Satellite Merchandise Tents will be located at the Main Admission Gate and the food court between Holes 9, 15 and 17.

- Please stay behind gallery ropes and cooperate with the marshals at all times.

Torrey Pines Golf Course is located approximately 15 miles north of downtown San Diego, California.Car – Complimentary general spectator parking will be provided at Qualcomm Stadium in the Mission Valley area of San Diego, located about 13 miles southeast of the golf course. Complimentary transportation will be provided to and from the Main Admission Gate. This shuttle bus ride should take 25 - 30 minutes depending on traffic. Please note: There is no general spectator parking available in the immediate vicinity of the golf course. All other parking is by permit only.
General spectator parking will provide preferred parking for the disabled with a handicap license plate or hangtag. For spectators who are wheelchair bound, require supplemental oxygen or have any other special needs please call the Championship Office at 412-435-0067 to make arrangements. Specially equipped vans will be available to shuttle disabled spectators who are confined to a wheelchair or who require supplemental oxygen to the Championship.

MTS Trolley – The San Diego Metropolitan Transit System Trolley provides convenient, regular service to Qualcomm Stadium from various points in the San Diego area including Mission Valley (Green Line), Downtown (Blue Line to Green Line) and East County (Orange Line to Green Line). A variety of MTS Day Passes make travel easy and economical and can be purchased at Trolley Station ticket machines, at the Transit Store in downtown or in advance on the MTS Web site www.sdmts.com. Travel Tips for the U.S. Open: Travel early and allow plenty of time to get to Qualcomm Stadium and transfer to the Championship shuttle buses that will take you to the U.S. Open.
Passenger, Taxi or Limousine Drop Off – Passenger, Taxi or Limousine drop-off will only be allowed at the designated area in close proximity to the Main Admission Gate. There is no parking or standing, so please coordinate pickup times accordingly. Due to traffic restrictions, access is limited to vehicles no larger than a 15 passenger van or limousine. Please follow signs to the appropriate drop-off location.

The Trophy Club is an exclusive on-site, air-conditioned tent which is conveniently located behind the second and fifth tee with comfortable seating and televisions for live U.S. Open coverage. Sample menu items include made-to-order omelets, scrambled eggs, bacon and fresh fruit in the morning and Philly cheese steak, grilled chicken and blackened mahi mahi sandwiches along with fish tacos in the afternoon. The USGA will have meteorology staff on site monitoring the possibility of inclement weather. If inclement weather is approaching, special "weather warning" signs like the one to the left will be posted on leader boards around the course. When the sign appears, spectators are advised to take immediate precautions (including clearing grandstands) PRIOR to play being suspended. In the event of a weather warning, please avoid: open areas, hilltops, high places, isolated trees, golf carts and wire fences. If play is suspended, which will be indicated by one prolonged air-horn blast, please close your umbrella and seek shelter. In the event of a suspension of play, grandstands will be cleared immediately.
